Currently we offer shipping on all orders across India only. We are looking forward to expanding our services overseas soon.

When will my order be delivered?

  • We usually ship within 1-3 working days of the placement of the order.

  • You will receive a notification on your registered contact number and email once the order is shipped.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the details of the tracking id and the courier company that is processing your order.

Online Pre-paid orders and Cash on Delivery:

  • All the orders below INR 299/- and exceeding INR 2999/- must be PREPAID ORDERS ONLY.

  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders ranging from INR 299/- to INR 2999/-.

Return Policy:

  • Only the products which are unused, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.

  • You can return items within a day of receipt by immediate intimation via e-mail, WhatsApp or by calling to our Sales & Support Mobile number: +919667244557. Please ensure you provide us with a video of unboxing to claim your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your bank account within 10 working days upon receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the shipping charges.

  • You can email us at to place your return request. After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive will inform you whether we can organize a pickup for your return in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment on your own.

  • If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped and has not been dispatched by the customer after one week of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect with the item, please raise a request to return the item by writing to us at along with a video of unboxing so that we can verify your request and proceed with your refund (Broken item verification can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video).

  • In case of damaged goods, please follow the above mentioned process in the ‘manufacturing defect’ section.

  • In case you have opted for Trendy Jewels to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.

  • If your pin code is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.

  • In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update customer care on +919667244557 or email us the tracking information on so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.

  • The shipping charge is non-refundable.

  • Refunds can only be processed to the original source of payment.

  • In case your order was placed in Cash on Delivery (COD) mode please provide your bank account details, wherein we will process the refund.


As all our items are exclusive we do not offer any exchange/replacement services. In case you prefer a different item, you can return the item you don’t want and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping.
